Prepayments become detached after Data Verification
After running data verification your customer balances are incorrect.
The amount will be a credit and will be made up of prepayments.
Data Verification detaches the prepayment from the invoice leaving a credit on the customers account. The transactions do balance but Peachtree the reports show different.
You will need to have your data repaired using our Data Recovery Service. Please provide us with accurate ageing report so we know which items needs to be repaired.
