What do the columns on the historical screen represent
YBL- Year Before Last
LY- Last Year
1st YR YTD- First Year Year to Date - This is based on the first year in the periods table
Budget- This can be entered manually for each customer. It is also updated when a forecast is run.
Variance This is a calculated field. It is the Budget column minus the 1st YR YTD column.
%- This is the percentage of the Variance to the 1st YR YTD column.
