How the service works:
Step 1: We will call you to schedule your installation date. At that time we will answer any questions you have, discuss the data to be converted and review our "Checklist" with you. We will give you a "Systems Requirement" report that you will need to follow as a guide to insure your operating system, hardware and software meet the requirements. At that time, or if need be, we can schedule a time to test the Remote Software with you. We will assist you in installing the Citrix Remote Access Software (Go To Assist) on all workstations/server where Peachtree Software will be installed. Approx 5 minutes per workstation.

STEP 2: We call Peachtree to Register your Software and Payroll Tax Service for you.

Step 3: On the installation date we will need to launch the Citrix Remote Access Software on each workstation with you and then we take control from there.
