Purging your Peachtree data on a regular basis will increase
your system performance. DataSoft's Peachtree Explorer will assist you in determining when and what information
you should purge.
DataSoft's Peachtree Explorer allows you to see inside your Peachtree Company's Data Files.
With our software you can see how many transactions resides in different year(s), types of transactions and total count of maintenance records.
Some of the features available with DataSoft' Peachtree Explorer:
- Recap of transactions count by year
- Total of transactions types by year
- Total of dollar amounts by transaction types by year
- Count of maintenance records with active/inactive.
- Ability to print your charts to printer, pdf or graphic files.
DataSoft's Peachtree Explorer is available to you at no cost. We provide this
software to assist our clients with the purging process.
DataSoft also provides you with our Purge Assist Service. Our service will

Microsoft .net framework is required to run this program. It may already be
installed on your system depending what version of Peachtree you are using.
You may download and install the .net framework free from

Save the file to your computer, once downloaded then double click on "PExplorerInstall.msi"
file it to start the install process.
