Peachtree Data Scrubbing Service
Data Scrubbing Service repairs problems related to internal data errors. Theses error may consist of unable to close fiscal periods, unable to post or unpost or any other data related change. This service also covers system lockup/freezes. We can also change your Accounting Fiscal Periods and assist with Exporting and Importing functions.

Peachtree Purge Assist Service
Our Purge Assist Service provides a deep and thorough purge of your Peachtree Company's Data. With this service you can expect an increase in the number of transactions and maintenance records that will be purged. If you are unable to get the good results with Peachtree Purge Wizard or you need greater transaction reduction this service is for you.

Peachtree Data Recovery File Service

Peachtree Data Recovery File Error Service

This service covers all Peachtree Software file errors and inability to open your company's data. Receiving I/O errors, General Module 4, unable to determine security privileges and data files belong to another company error. This service is also for error 54 or error 57 and all btrieve errors. If you are running Peachtree's Data Verification and receive any errors listed above then the Data Recovery Service is the service you need.

Our Data Recovery and Data Scrubbing services include limited follow-up support free of charge. If your issues are more involved or includes other support issues you will be required to purchase technical support.

Data Recovery Services - These services are for I/O errors, footing errors, Module 4 error or one or more damaged transactions. They usually involve a screen error message from Peachtree.

A) Weekday Service Peachtree Data Recovery - All Versions (Non Quantum)

$450.00

Average turn around time is 4 hours. Time frame depends upon amount of damage, size of data files and current work load. This services is available Monday - Friday. Please submit data before 12:00pm Eastern Time for same day service.

B) Weekend Service - Peachtree Data Recovery - All Versions (Non Quantum)

$650.00

Weekend Data Recovery Service, repaired data will be available to download Sunday Evening or sooner. Data submitted needs to be submitted on Friday evening for Monday morning delivery.

C) Peachtree QUANTUM Data Recovery - All Versions

$650.00

Average turn around time is 1 day. Time frame depends upon amount of damage, size of data files and current work load. This services is available 7 days a week. Data submitted after 12:00pm Eastern Time may require an additional day.

Data Scrubbing Services - These services are changing, cleaning up and fixing data within Peachtree Accounting. They may include changing fiscal periods, inventory costing, removing or fixing transactions and maintenance records.

Work is performed durning weekday business hours (Monday - Friday). Normal turn around is 2 business days. If you cannot be without your data during the week, please use our Weekend Data Scrubbing Service.

O) Weekend Service - Data Scrubbing - All Versions (Non Quantum)

$650.00

Weekend Service - Data will be available Sunday evening for download. This service is normally a two day turn around. Data needs to to submitted by Friday Evening. Data submitted after Friday my require an extra day.

P) Peachtree QUANTUM - Data Scrubbing (Excludes Purging)

$650.00

Work is performed 7 days a week. Normal turn around is 2 business days. Data may be submitted Friday evening for Monday delivery.

Data Purging Services - Remove and cleanup your old transactions and maintenance records. Our service will purge more transactions then Peachtree Purge Wizard. Smaller data files will generate greater performance and integrity.

Purging work is performed 7 days a week. Normal turn around is 2 business days. Data may be submitted Friday evening for Monday delivery.

Technical Support Services - Support is provided via telephone, email and remote access. This services does not include any onsite visits.

General Technical Support services. Billed at $240.00 per hour / $4.00 per minute. Unused time will remain on your account for one year after purchase. Additional minutes are billed at $4.00 per minute. Calls and emails have a minimum of 10 minutes.
